DAFA’s brush seals can be used in various applications where rotating parts or uneven surfaces need to be sealed.

The brush seals are made entirely of polypropylene (PP), and can be supplied with a rigid base or with a base adapted to the join, e.g. in an aluminum profile.

The material is UV resistant, chemically inert, and has excellent wear resistance. The bristles are treated with silicone to withstand water and mold.

DAFA has a wide range of standard profiles in stock, but depending on the type of seal, width and installation gap, we also offer customized solutions in terms of profiles, densities and brush lengths – including self-adhesive backing.
