DAFA’s 5-axis milling machines make it possible to produce components in a single operation, using a single piece of raw material. This means that there is no manual handling until the piece is finished. The result is top quality, an excellent finish and efficient production, making the method highly competitive.

Products are drawn in 3D and transferred to the CNC milling machine, where the CAM files are produced for the machine and the component is then made.

The method is ideal for segments where there is a need to produce very large pieces, pieces with high complexity or multidimensional pieces, such as in the:
